wow. it has certainly been a long while. i can't ever keep up with this damn thing. i survived a lot of bullshit. am currently without a really uh. functional place to stay and needing to juggle section 8 housing, disability bullshit, and declining physical health. i need things to keep myself busy besides paperwork, so here i am again.
i want to start either a monthly or every 2 weeks update of this site. i think i need to cut down on my expectations of myself when it comes to this shit n thats why everything takes so long. my only project for right now here is going to be a shrine to the crucible. nothing else. everything else can wait! i just want to accomplish something. just this one time. for the love of god.
shadow of the erdtree was -- is -- incredible. don't listen to what anyone else but me says about it, or any of its lore, or anything about it at all ever. and ESPECIALLY not anyone who makes money talking about elden ring lore on youtube. huge expansions on what is quite possibly the most in depth and intriguing fictional superstructure-culture i've ever seen. i love the crucible a lot. as a concept, an entity among entities made of entities, a philosophy. i'd be lying if i didn't admit it's caused my budding spirituality to bloom into a more solid form.
my idea for the shrine is simple. i have a lot of images and pngs of crucible items and iconography that i'd like to pile up and spend time talking about their importance to me & the wider story of elden ring.
